SAY NO TO DOPE

SAY NO TO DOPE Ethics committee of KMCT arts and science college Kuttippuram, in association with IQAC with partnership of Kerala police, conducted an anti-drug awareness program “SAY NO TO DOPE” on 3rd November 2022 at college ground. The program started with the prayer. Ethics committee coordinator Ms. Girija AP delivered welcome speech. Later Mr. Ajas IQAC coordinator gave presidential address. Then Mr. Shamsudheen MT, principal KMCT arts and Science Collegeaddressed the students, and inaugurated the program. He emphasized on the need for awareness against drugs in the society, and the need for a drug free campus forthe upliftment of students. Mr. Alex Sameul , the chief guest handled the anti-drug awareness session “SAY NO TO DOPE”. Mr. Alex deeply spoke about the legal and mental consequences of using drugs. His valuable experiences during his service time were more than enough to showcase the need of an anti-drug society. An informative interactive session was conducted; students were able to ask different questions about drugs which further enhanced their knowledge on how drugs can demolish a person’s life and surroundings. The session was concluded later, by the vote of thanks from Mr. Muhammed Ajnas P HOD of department of travel and tourism management. The session was quite informative and fruitful for parents as well as students.
