Brainy Buddies: Empowering Primary Students
On 24th March 2025, an extension programme titled "Brainy Buddies: Empowering Primary Students" was conducted by the Department of English at GLP School, Naduvattom. The objective of the event was to empower the primary students by enhancing their vocabulary knowledge and imparting essential social media awareness. The event was held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the event was led by a team of English (Aaliya Jinu K P, Safna Sherin, Rifa K.P, Asna Rahim P.R). The main focus of the event was to impart basic knowledge about daily using vocabularies, basic grammar like parts of speech, article and raising awareness about negative effects of over usage of Mobile Phones. The team successfully managed the session, guiding the participants through various activities and tasks to improve their knowledge. To engage the students, a fun quiz was conducted at the end of the session, testing their knowledge about what they had learned during the programme.
