NEW GEN DRUGS – A LABYRINTH
The PG Department of Commerce, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell(IQAC), successfully conducted an awareness programme titled “NEW GEN DRUGS – A LABYRINTH” on 17thMarch 2025 at 10.00 AM in the Seminar Hall. The session was led by Mr. Biju.P (Preventive Officer of the Excise Department and Liaison Officer of the Vimukthi Mission, Malappuram District). The Programme aimed to educate students about the dangers of new – generation drugs, their impact on society, and preventive measures. Mr.Biju P provided insightful information on the evolving drug landscape, the legal framework, and the role of youth in combating substance abuse. The session was highly informative and session was highly informative and interactive, with students engaging in discussions and clarifying doubts. The event successfully created awareness and emphasized the importance of a drug –free society.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, appreciating the resource person for his valuable insights and the organizers for their efforts in making the event a success.
