The Rise2K25 - Scale Up KMCT Management Fest was successfully conducted on March 20th and 21st, 2025, at KMCT Arts and Science College, Kuttippuram, organized by the IEDC and the Department of Management Studies. This two-day event featured a variety of games and activities aimed at fostering innovation and management skills among students. The Management Fest was a resounding success, with two days of exciting events, games, and activities that brought together students from various institutions of the KMCT Group.

The Principal of KMCT Arts and Science College, Kuttippuram inaugurated the management fest. The Chief Guest, Mr. Aslah Thadathil   , Co-Founder and CGO of Interval Learning, delivered a thought-provoking session on "Celebrating Youth Innovation and Resilience." The afternoon session featured a debate on the topic "Influence of Movies among Youngsters," which saw active participation from students of various KMCT institutions, with notable participation from KMCT Law College.

The second day of the program began with a business quiz and marketing game, both of which were well received by the students. The events saw enthusiastic participation from students of various KMCT institutions, with remarkable performances from many teams. The management fest also included various entertainment games, including a virtual reality experience from KMCT Polytechnic College, which provided a new and exciting experience for the students. The second day of the event featured a range of entertainment games, including PS4 and PES games, which were a huge hit among the students. Many students actively participated in these games, highlighting their skills and competitiveness.

The Chief Guest, Muhammed Niyas, Founder and Managing Director of Hayat Medicare, Kuttippuram graced the closing ceremony. He delivered a session on "Entrepreneurial Evolution: Scaling Your Startup for Success," which provided valuable insights to the students. The management fest provided cash prizes for the winning students

The Rise2K25 - Scale -up KMCT Management Fest was a huge success, providing a platform for students to highlighted their skills, knowledge, and creativity.
